Position: Marketing Executive
Reporting To: Marketing Manger
Location: Thailand, Bangkok
Position Summary:
The Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting marketing initiatives and trade promotions, ensuring brand visibility, and driving sales growth through effective in-store execution, event management, and digital engagement. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and sales partners to enhance retail and trade marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Trade Marketing & Event Execution
- Support trade marketing campaigns, product launches, and retail activations to strengthen brand positioning.
- Manage and execute promotional activities, events, roadshows, and in-store activations to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure smooth event operations by providing on-site support and engaging in sales activities.
- Prepare pitching proposals, quotations, and presentations for marketing initiatives.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, price lists, and POS materials to support promotional campaigns.
2. Content & Digital Marketing
- Create and manage content for promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Maintain and update product information, digital media, and news stories across various marketing channels.
- Manage third-party website content to ensure brand consistency and up-to-date information.
- Oversee e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, ensuring product listings, promotions, and customer engagement strategies are optimized.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze trade marketing performance to evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and activations.
- Prepare event materials, reports, and maintain all marketing documentation in good record.
- Utilize market insights and competitor analysis to refine trade marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, event management, or retail marketing (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
- Experience in premium gifts, design, or production is a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Good computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
- A proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
