Job Description Summary:

The Specialist, Sales Administration is responsible for executing all aspects of sales support activities. AST Sales Admin involves working with professional beauty industry clients, orders processing, resolving customer service issues, and A/R collection. Sales admin also needs to work closely with other teams in the company such as inventory management team, and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed effectively and in a timely manner.

Job Description:

Sales:

· Assist managing sales activities for Professional & Semi Professional Chain Stores such as JC Penny, Barber Supplies and Beauty Supplies

· Work with sales representatives or distributors for Domestic Sales Territories in U.S.A as well as for international customers in Europe and South America.

· Research and identify new product and business opportunities and analyze business feasibilities for AST operations.

· Research Marketing and PR opportunities

· Assist Managing Sales Rep Commission – Quarterly

· Manage and collect Customer accounts receivables in a timely manner and report any issues

· Participate in industry trade shows and events

Operations:

· Process orders from Customers and Distributors and collaborate with sales administrator

· Communicate with Customers and Sales reps to Process Orders

· Create Social Media content for Farrah Social Accounts and Manage marketing materials

· Manage and optimize e-commerce sales and web order operations

The anticipated compensation range is

22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
