    The role
    We are looking for an Executive assistant capable to support the General Manager in the administrative management of the school with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing schedules and calendars, organizing business travel,

    • Handling mail and email correspondence

    • Preparing files, dashboards, financial reports and documentation

    • Organizing Executive Committee meetings

    • Coordinating internal meetings and events

    • Managing general resources,

    • Acting as the liaison between Management and department heads

    With a two-year higher education qualification (Bac+2) in executive assistance or secretarial studies, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

    You have an excellent command of office software tools, strong writing skills, and outstanding spelling and grammar abilities. You are also fluent in English and hold a valid Category B driving license.
