About the role
- EnergieDock is hiring a Quality Control Inspector to inspect in-process and finished solar products. This role follows inspection standards, documents result accurately, reports quality issues promptly, and works with the production team to address nonconforming products.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect in-process and finished products according to quality standards and work instructions.
- Check product appearance, dimensions, labels, and packaging against specifications.
- Document inspection results accurately and promptly report nonconforming products and other quality issues.
- Identify and segregate nonconforming products according to established procedures to prevent them from being mixed with conforming products.
- Work with production staff and supervisors to follow up on quality issues and perform re-inspections as directed.
- Use and maintain inspection tools properly, keep the work area organized, and follow safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to document inspection results and report issues accurately.
- Ability to understand and follow inspection standards, work instructions, and procedures.
- Experience in factory quality control, product inspection, or related work is preferred.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese or English in the workplace is preferred.
