IT Administrator

AT Process Technologies (ATP) is a pioneering manufacturing company focused on the development and deployment of modular energetics production plants. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain ATP's org-wide IT infrastructure, including cloud tenants, identity, endpoints, networking, and collaboration tools

• Administer the Microsoft GCC High environment, including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Purview, and Defender

• Own identity and access management: SSO, SCIM provisioning, MFA, conditional access, and least-privilege controls across SaaS and development platforms

• Lead CMMC Level 2 readiness, including the System Security Plan, POA&M, NIST SP 800-171 control implementation, and evidence collection for assessment

• Implement DFARS 252.204-7012 requirements, including CUI handling, FIPS 140-validated encryption, and cyber incident reporting

• Maintain the Technology Control Plan and enforce ITAR access controls across digital and physical systems

• Architect network segmentation between corporate IT and OT/SCADA environments supporting production modules

• Manage the relationships with our MSP, compliance partners, and IT vendors, including tracking inherited controls from FedRAMP-authorized providers

• Author and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security awareness training

• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for security events and infrastructure issues

• Supervise and mentor IT helpdesk staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure

• High proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID; GCC High experience strongly preferred

• Hands-on experience implementing NIST SP 800-171 or CMMC controls

• Experience with endpoint management (Intune or equivalent) and enterprise networking

• Demonstrated experience owning an IT environment end-to-end, from architecture through audit

• Strong written documentation skills

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant industry experience

• Experience supporting a C3PAO assessment or DIBCAC audit

• Experience securing OT/ICS environments (Ignition, Siemens, or equivalent)

• Certifications such as CMMC CCP/CCA, Security+, CISSP, or Microsoft Azure/M365 administrator certifications

• Experience in defense, aerospace, energetics, or other regulated manufacturing environments

Additional Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• U.S. Person and ability to obtain a security clearance

• Ability to work on-site and travel as needed
