About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented CAS Associate to join our Client Accounting Services team. This is a salaried, full-time in-office or hybrid position where you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional financial and accounting solutions to our clients. CAS Associate - Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to manage their day-to-day accounting and financial needs.
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records for assigned client accounts.
- Perform payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in hours worked, tax withholdings, and deductions.
- Assist in developing and applying accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve timely and efficient completion of client projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in process improvements to support operational efficiency within the department.
CAS Associate - Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Excel, or other similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- 1 - 3 years of previous experience in client accounting services, bookkeeping, or a related field is preferred.

- Pay Range $40,000 - $55,000 per year
