Come deliver this transformation. **About the Role** At Commure, our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) AI Product team is at the forefront of transforming how health systems manage their revenue cycle, replacing manual, labor-intensive billing workflows with autonomous AI that thinks, acts, and improves on its own.
You'll be building the agent orchestration layer that lets billers hand off complex, long-running tasks to an intelligent fleet of AI agents, and the self-improving feedback loops that allow those agents to continuously tune and optimize without human intervention. We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who takes ownership end-to-end, moves fast, and wants their work to directly impact how care is delivered. **What You’ll Do** - Contribute to the most advanced billing platform in the country - Build end-to-end products to revolutionize revenue cycle management for providers and administrators - Be a part of a tremendously fast-paced team that celebrates fast execution and decisions - Work across the entire software stack - Work with a stack that includes Python, Javascript, Vue, React Native, Flask, and other frameworks - Work directly with customers to solve their issues daily **What You Have** - [Required] Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience - Professional software development industry experience - [Preferred] Strong Backend/Full-Stack Programming Skills ( **Must be comfortable with Python** ) - [Preferred] Very Familiar with Frontend JS technologies (React, Vue, etc.) - [Preferred] Experience in environments where you have to ship quickly.
