We're looking for a Japanese Speaker to join our Operations team. In this role, you'll support a variety of operational and administrative processes, helping ensure day-to-day business activities, documentation, records, and coordination are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time. Key Responsibilities
- Verify, process, and record business transactions and operational requests accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and supporting documentation while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Investigate discrepancies, resolve exceptions, and follow up on outstanding items with relevant stakeholders.
- Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally and within established turnaround times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily business and operational activities.
- Perform data validation, record checking, and administrative tasks to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.
- Support ad hoc back-office activities and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to achieving team productivity, quality, and service performance targets.
Is this you?
- Have completed Bachelor degree in any major.
- Professional Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1–N4) is required.
- English proficiency of CEFR B2 or above
- Willing to work on a rotating roster, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Willing to be based in BSD and/or Jakarta
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of work accurately
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Experience working in a BPO, shared services, or multinational environment
