About the Role:

As the Membership Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of our exclusive spa memberships and special wellness packages. You’ll engage with prospective members, cultivate relationships, and create customized wellness journeys that align with our guests' lifestyle and health goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell wellness memberships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive outreach and guest engagement
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects, including local residents and resort guests and other membership clubs
• Partner with marketing and spa operations to develop promotions and campaigns
• Maintain accurate sales records and manage CRM tools
• Represent Amrit at networking events and community engagements
• Provide site tours to prospects 
• Create cross memberships with country clubs and the like

• Proven track record in luxury sales, preferably in wellness, spa, resort, or hospitality industries
• Charismatic, personable, and confident communicator
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
