Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely and consistent manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen.
• Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team on menu development and presentation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar role in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
• Strong understanding of pastry techniques, baking methods, and food safety standards.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Culinary or pastry degree is a plus.
