Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in directing and coordinating all day-to-day resort operations.
- Provide leadership oversight to Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, and Engineering departments.
- Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Promote and integrate Amrit’s holistic wellness philosophy into all operational practices.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads to ensure operational efficiency and team engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability, cost control, labor management, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to enhance the guest journey and achieve organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements to processes, systems, and service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, resort, or hotel operations.
- Proven experience managing multi-departmental operations with accountability for guest experience and financial results.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems, prioritize, and make sound operational decisions.
- Passion for wellness, mindfulness, and delivering elevated, meaningful guest experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
