SUMMARY
The Service Coordinator is the first point of contact for customers that seek repair for their equipment. He/she must have good people skills and be able to multitask regularly. He/she is responsible for dispatching service jobs, rescheduling when necessary and finalizing the clerical part of the job.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Field customer calls/emails and dispatch all service technicians
Post time daily and input into payroll system
Open and close all work orders for service technicians
Issue PO numbers for field service technicians and all non-shop job needs, keep track of open PO’s, and receipt-in when invoices arrive
Process credit card payments when necessary
Process filing of closed work orders
Set up all new PM contracts in NDS
Input all amendments for PM’s in NDS
Run monthly reports
Run PM list on the 1ST and 15TH of each month and give to designated technician
Monitor all open work orders
Maintain Dispatch Log
