Position Summary: Support the creation and execution of the overall Entertainment and Special Events Strategy and production for Atlantis Paradise Island. Focus on entertainment programming (lounge, environmental, daylife & nightlife) and contracting. Quality and technical management of all in-house music systems, including Public Space, Outdoor Areas, Lighting, and Sound for all social spaces.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the resort's annual entertainment strategy aligned with business objectives.
Curate year-round programming including nightlife, environmental entertainment, festivals and resort activations.
Identify emerging entertainment trends and recommend innovative guest experiences.
Lead entertainment planning for marquee events including Atlantis Live, Battle 4 Atlantis, Wine & Food festival, New Year's Eve and other signature experiences.
Evaluate program performance and implement continuous improvements.
Serves on nightlife leadership/steering committee.
- Source, negotiate and contract local and international entertainment talent.
- Develop long-term relationships with artists, agencies, promoters and production partners.
- Oversee artist advancing, hospitality requirements, technical riders and performance logistics.
- Manage entertainment contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets.
- Manage resort-wide overhead music and work with approved music programming providers.
- Develop and manage the annual Entertainment operating budget.
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities to maximize return on investment.
- Participate in pricing strategy for ticketed events and premium experiences.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate production agreements
- Direct execution of large-scale entertainment events from planning through post-event evaluation.
- Coordinate cross-functional planning with Marketing, Hotel Operations, Security, Food & Beverage, Finance, and Facilities.
- Ensure every entertainment offering reflects Atlantis' luxury brand standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to elevate the entertainment experience.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Maintain productive relationships with government agencies, production vendors, and regulatory partners.
- Ensure compliance with permitting, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
Negotiate vendor contracts as needed for various production needs.
Perform other reasonable duties required by management.
The Company operates a twenty-four (24) hour business. Therefore, you may be rostered to work shifts, which may change from time to time.
Experience
- 7–10 years of progressive entertainment management experience.
- Experience producing concerts, festivals or large-scale events.
- Hospitality, resort or casino experience preferred.
- Experience negotiating talent and production agreements.
- Budget management experience.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
