Marina Attendant

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

•    Assists vessel owners and captains in berthing of boat in marina slips and in casting off upon departure.

•    Assists in vessel's electric, cable and water connection upon arrival/departure.

•    Assists in maintaining sanitary condition aboard vessel and pumps out if necessary.

•    Police dock for dock lines, electric cords, hoses, etc. and makes sure everything is neat and tidy. Ensure the company’s property is secured at all times.

•    Transports customers and guests on marina golf cart as necessary.

•    Maintains appearances, cleanliness and charging of marina golf carts.

•    Performs routine maintenance or repairs functions on docks, including cleaning, scrubbing and emptying trash and reports tasks beyond the scope of capability to the Dock Master.

•    Log any maintenance request and notify supervisor.

•    Delivers mail/newspaper.

•    Perform other reasonable duties that may be requested from time to time.

Qualifications:

•    High school diploma
•    Minimum 1 year experience in Marina or Boat Operations preferred.
