RCC Coordinator

The RCC Coordinator serves as the resort’s central communication resource, ensuring accurate, timely, and professional handling of guest and operational communications. The role supports exceptional guest experiences by coordinating requests, facilitating communication between departments, and maintaining service excellence across all communication channels.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage guest and operational communications through phone, chat, text, and digital channels.
• Coordinate guest requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate communication and service records.
• Support interdepartmental communication and service coordination.
• Monitor communication trends and escalate service concerns when necessary.
• Assist with guest information requests and reservation support activities.
• Support emergency communication and incident response procedures.
• Perform other reasonable duties that may be requested from time to time.
• The Company operates a twenty-four (24) hour business. Therefore, you will be rostered to work shifts, which may change from time to time.

Required Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in rooms operations, guest services, hospitality, or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
