Job description

Provides professional, courteous service to owner/guests, internal and external at all times.
Cleans check-out villa daily.
Clean stay-over villas daily.
Stock maid carts to standard and maintains tidiness of cart at the end of the shift.
Keep sections pass keys on your person at all times, rendering to no one. Return key to Housekeeping Manager before reporting off duty.
Cleans guest’s rooms so that the health standards are met.
Follow safety procedures when using cleaning agents.
Cleans living room and dining room to villa standards.
Inspects the operational condition of all appliances, TV, VCR, Stereo, Clock-Radios and all Remote Controls.
Cleans kitchens; all dishes, pots, pans, microwave, refrigerator, cupboards, countertops and sinks to the standard.
Ensures all dishes and small appliances are arranged to standard.
List any missing items or damaged items and report to Dispatch for replacement.
Make bed with fresh clean linen on owner turn over days and renters daily service.
Make bed with same linen during midweek services; change sheets when stained.
Cleans bathrooms, visible scuff marks, tubs, toilet, Jacuzzi, vanity, stalls and floors.
Dusts furniture, including shades, blinds, lamps, picture frames, inside closets, doors and silk plants.
Replenish and set all amenities and unit items in the standard location.
Issue villa linen as requested by guests.
Sweep and mop tile area, vacuum carpet.
Clean and polish all mirrors.
Set A/C temperature on 74 degrees.
Report any lost and found items to security.
Clean entrance, door and doormat.
Ensure unit smells fresh, all pillows, lamps, shades are straight and set to standard.
Update room status.
Secure the entrance before leaving unit.
Maintains and cares for company’s property and equipment preventing wastage.
