    Job description

    To provide a blow away experience for each guest through high customer service standards and a commitment to team effort, while selling merchandise and performing the duties necessary to accurately check in the customer by phone and in person for retail sales, lessons, clinics, court and racket rentals and all the tennis services provided by the Atlantis Tennis Center. Primarily responsible for interaction, communication and problem resolution for all guests, with the objective of building guest loyalty and first-class relationships. 

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Takes reservations for all tennis services in a timely manner.

    • Answers the phone with the Atlantis tennis sales pitch that is professional and accurate.

    • Maintains a clean and welcoming environment at the reception area, shop, courts and surrounding areas at all times.

    • Assists in displaying all merchandise, steaming garments, setting up new displays which includes inventory, pricing and putting out stock for sale in the tennis shop.

    • Ensure that the presentation of merchandise is always to company standard.

    •  Organize and schedule guest activity for the tennis courts.

    • Accurately performs procedures such as returns, room charges and discounts tabulations.

    • Opens and closes store as established per company policy.

    • Report to work on time for your scheduled work shift.

    • Collect and turnover all tennis pros receipts and filing documents to the manager to be processed for payments.

    • Acknowledge and resolves customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

    • Ensure the opening and closing of the tennis center are in compliance with the departmental standard and policy.

    • Record and re-stringing all damaged or broken tennis racquets to a standard-length player's tennis racquet.

    • Provide an end of shift report to include the daily sale summary, guest / employee concerns and a comprehensive operation debriefing on a daily basis.

    • Direct and supervise all tennis center line staff to ensure maximum work performance and accountability.

    • Perform other reasonable duties required by management. 

    • The Company operates a twenty-four (24) hour business. Therefore, you may be rostered to work shifts, which may change from time to time.

    Required Qualifications: 

    • High School Diploma.
