Role Summary:
The Prime Segment and Business Strategy Officer is responsible for supporting the growth and development of Private Wealth and PRIME by strengthening customer value propositions, executing go-to-market strategies, and identifying opportunities to enhance the PRIME platform and client experience. The role combines business strategy, marketing, and wealth management to help drive AUM, revenue, and client growth.
What Business Outcomes the Role is Responsible for:
- Strengthen the PRIME Value Proposition: Develop and enhance compelling customer value propositions for Private Wealth and PRIME that respond to client needs and strengthen the overall wealth management offering.
- Drive Business & Client Growth: Execute go-to-market strategies and business and sales support initiatives that contribute to PRIME targets across AUM, revenue, and client accounts.
- Advance the PRIME Platform & Client Experience: Identify and assess enhancements to PRIME and contribute to its development roadmap to continuously improve the platform, proposition, and overall client experience.

- Digital & Business Tools Proficiency: Applies strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and similar applications to develop high-quality business, marketing, and client-facing materials and support effective execution.
