    • Serve as MRB Coordinator, leading the organization and facilitation of reviews for non-conforming materials and products.
    • Maintain accurate MRB documentation, including root cause analyses, dispositions, and corrective action records.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate MRB findings and support implementation of corrective actions.
    • Prepare and distribute MRB meeting minutes and track action items through completion.

    Document Creation

    • Partner with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to draft, review, and edit new quality documents, including procedures, work instructions, forms, and templates.
    • Ensure all documents meet applicable industry standards, customer requirements, and internal policies.
    • Monitor and update documentation to reflect changes in processes, policies, or regulatory requirements.
    • Assist departments in creating or revising documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.

    Compliance and Support

    • Support the quality team in maintaining compliance with quality policies, procedures, and standards.
    • Assist in audit preparation by ensuring that documentation, calibration data, and MRB records are complete, accurate, and readily available.
    • Participate in internal audits under the direction of the Quality Manager and help implement corrective actions to address identified nonconformities.

    Minimum Qualifications
