Lifestyle Assistant/ Front Desk Agent (Part Time)

The Lifestyle Assistant (Front Desk Agent) is committed to delivering five-star service to residents.  The Lifestyle Assistant is responsible for greeting residents,fulfilling their requests, answering telephone inquiries, making reservations, and other duties as assigned.

• Communicate effectively in English with co-workers and management.
• Directly participate in operating a traditional 24-hour, seven days a week, luxury hotel-style residential operation.
• Answer telephone calls, taking and deliver messages as needed.
• Work in conjunction with all Lifestyle Team partners including valet, housekeeping, security, pool and beach attendants.
• Be empowered to make decisions that directly affect the resident’s experience in a memorable and soulful fashion.
• After training, must display a working knowledge of emergency procedures so that talent and resident safety will be insured.
• Utilize the radio/paging internal communication system used throughout the facility.
• Maintain confidentiality of internal and external resident information.
• Be familiar with all Standard Operating Procedures relating to the residential reception and concierge operations

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of hotel operations experience in a luxury setting
• Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Must have a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• The front desk will be staffed to provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, therefore all applicants must be flexible and willing to work AM, MID and PM shifts.
