The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Shipping and Fulfillment Manager to lead our shipping and logistics team in transforming the hearing aid industry. In this role, you’ll lead the team that ensures the seamless delivery of our hearing aids across the country, helping to improve lives by providing timely and efficient service to our customers. This position will report to our CTO.
Responsibilities:
- Logistics and Shipping Oversight - Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely shipping and receiving of goods.
- Inventory Management - Monitor inventory levels, perform regular cycle counts, and reduce stock discrepancies. Implement and enhance warehousing and shipping processes
- Vendor and Supplier Relationships - Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and carriers.
- Cross-Department Collaboration - Coordinate logistics across sales, customer experience, and audiology teams to ensure alignment and efficient processes.
- Product Knowledge and Quality Assurance - Develop an understanding of hearing aid devices, load programming and perform basic inspection or minor repairs as needed.
- Team Leadership and Development - Supervise, train, and mentor the shipping and logistics team, fostering a positive and high-performance environment.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years experience managing and developing a dynamic team, and maintaining partner relationships
- Strong experience with logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management with a focus on delivering highly customized products.
- High standard of workmanship, organization and attention to detail
- Positive, with a friendly attitude and the ability to work together in a team-oriented environment
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic and independent worker
Compensation: $90-115K/ year - commensurate with experience
Location: NYC Onsite 5 Days

FLSA Status:
Exempt – This position is not eligible for overtime pay and is expected to fulfill the responsibilities of the role regardless of hours worked.
