Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager position is responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Manager

during all events at the theatre while delivering the highest caliber of customer service to guests.

• Must have experience working in a large volume theatre, music venue, or arena
• Must present themselves in a positive and professional manner to all teammates, staff, and guests
• Ability to work in a high volume, customer service driven environment
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Ability to direct and assign tasks to F&B staff during set up, break down, and during all events in the theatre
• Assists bartenders with ID checks
• Assists bartenders with POS troubleshooting
• Helps to direct flow of patrons: to bar locations, assists with merchandise line, and coat check
• Assists with inventory management and tracking
• Assists F&B Manager with nightly close outs of POS system
• Checks that all staff side work has been completed
• Adheres to the theatre’s Food & Beverage policies as outlined in our handbook
• Other administrative tasks as assigned
