DeFi Operations Associate

The Opportunity
We're looking for a hungry, detail-oriented DeFi Operations Associate to join our core operations team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be executing on-chain transactions daily, managing vault operations, and working directly with our partners and strategists. If you're comfortable navigating block explorers, understand DeFi mechanics deeply, and want to be at the center of institutional DeFi operations, this role is for you. DeFi experience (corporate, or as an individual user is a MUST).
What You'll Do
Core Operations
- Execute and monitor on-chain transactions across multiple chains
- Manage daily vault operations including deposits, withdrawals, and monitoring yield realization
- Deploy smart contract wallets for new partners using our internal tools
Partner & Vault Management
- Support partners through vault launches from start to finish
- Track and manage fee structures across all active vaults
- Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new partners joining the platform
Documentation & Process
- Maintain comprehensive vault documentation
- Build and refine operational playbooks as processes evolve
- Track operational metrics and flag issues proactively
Who You Are
Required
- 1-3 years working in operations, crypto asset management, or other analytical role
- Deep understanding of DeFi primitives: vaults, liquidity pools, lending markets, yield strategies
- Comfortable executing transactions on-chain via block explorers, smart contract wallets, and similar tools
- Strong grasp of the broader crypto ecosystem and how different protocols interact
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple partners and workflows
- Experience with documentation tools
- Comfortable working with AI tools to automate and optimize processes

- Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Strong communicator who can explain complex on-chain operations clearly
Nice to Have
- Experience with multisig operations and treasury management
- Familiarity with multiple L1/L2 chains beyond Ethereum
- Understanding of smart contract security best practices
- Previous experience at a DeFi protocol or crypto-native company
- Experience with Claude and ChatGPT

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $25,000 – $35,000 per year.
