Position Summary:
AUIB is seeking a dynamic and experienced faculty member for an Open Rank Faculty position in Radiologic Sciences. In this critical role, you will enhance healthcare education and practice through innovative experiential learning. You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging courses in Radiologic Sciences, designing and implementing clinical rotation programs that provide students with hands-on learning experiences, Additionally, you will collaborate with faculty and administration to contribute to accreditation processes and compliance, engage in research initiatives that enhance the field of Radiologic Sciences, and participate in departmental meetings to support curriculum development and program evaluation. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality theoretical and laboratory instruction to students.
- Develop and update course curricula to align with the latest advancements in the field.
- Contribute to the establishment of state-of-the-art laboratory facilities within the College.
- Design and implement continuing education (CE) programs to support professional development in the region.
- Participate in academic assessments, committee work, and institutional initiatives at the College and University levels.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
Education and Experience:
- Doctoral degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field from a reputable university, with clinical experience preferred. Candidates with education and experience from Western institutions will be given strong consideration.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching or preceptorship experience. Teaching experience at an accredited university with the American higher education system preferences.
