Position Summary
AUIB is seeking dynamic and experienced Open Rank Full-time or Adjunct Faculty in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Clinical Pharmacy and Practice to contribute to excellence in teaching, student success, and the advancement of pharmacy education. In this role, successful candidates will teach undergraduate courses across didactic, laboratory, simulation, and experiential settings, support curriculum development and continuous quality improvement, mentor students, and contribute to the College's international accreditation goals. Key Responsibilities
- Teaching & Course Delivery: Teach undergraduate pharmacy courses, laboratories, simulation sessions, and experiential learning activities.
- Curriculum Development: Develop innovative, evidence-based teaching materials, assessments, and learning resources.
- Student Assessment & Mentorship: Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and mentor students throughout their academic journey.
- Quality Assurance & Accreditation: Participate in curriculum assessment, continuous quality improvement initiatives, and accreditation activities.
- Academic Service & Professionalism: Contribute to departmental and College service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and academic integrity.

Education and Experience
- Required Education: PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, or a closely related discipline; or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with substantial academic, clinical, or professional practice experience.
- Years of Relevant Experience: University teaching experience and/or significant professional practice experience relevant to the discipline.
