JIC SQM Engineer

• Manage supplier quality performance and improvement activities
• Lead APQP activities and support new product launches
• Conduct supplier process audits
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering and Manufacturing teams
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards

• Technical university degree or equivalent
• Experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Quality
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP and supplier audits
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• English proficiency
