- Perform dimensional inspections and measurements using CMM and other metrology equipment.
- Conduct laboratory testing, including cross-sectioning, solderability testing, X-ray analysis, microscopy inspections, and mechanical pull/push testing.
- Analyze test results and prepare technical reports to support quality investigations and problem-solving activities.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and available for testing activities.
- Develop and maintain laboratory test procedures and work instructions.
- Maintain accurate test records and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Intermediated English
- Experience:
- in laboratory, quality, testing, or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with metrology, microscopy, X-ray inspection, or mechanical testing equipment
- With IPC standards, MSA, and calibration systems
- Supporting failure analysis and corrective action investigations
- Knowledge:
- Of PCB analysis, electronic components, and soldering technologies
- To interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and test requirements
- Problem solving
