    Job description

We are looking for an FP&A BI Analyst to join our finance team at an exciting moment in our growth as a business, to build and own the reporting and analytics that power financial decision making across the Group.
The FP&A BI Analyst will sit at the intersection of finance and data, turning information held in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Dynamics 365 into clear, reliable and commercially relevant insight. The role is responsible for designing and maintaining our financial reporting suite, automating manual processes, and ensuring a single trusted version of the numbers. The successful candidate will combine strong technical data skills with genuine financial understanding and the ability to translate complexity into something non-finance stakeholders can act on.
    Data & Platform
    • Build, maintain and optimise financial data models and pipelines within Microsoft Fabric, ensuring accuracy, performance and scalability
    • Own the flow of financial and operational data from Dynamics 365 into the reporting environment, resolving issues at source wherever possible
    • Partner with IT and Data teams to align on architecture, governance, security and data quality standards
    Reporting & Visualisation
    • Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that are clear, intuitive and support business decision making
    • Automate recurring management reporting, replacing manual Excel processes with sustainable, well controlled solutions
    • Develop robust DAX measures and a well-documented semantic model that acts as a single source of truth for financial data
    • Understand the business model and value driving levers to ensure reporting reflects what genuinely matters to the business
    Analysis & Decision Support
    • Support delivery of the monthly reporting pack, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity
    • Develop and track KPIs to measure business performance, including revenue, cost and headcount analysis (A vs. B)
    • Support preparation of presentations for senior leadership and board reviews
    • Provide ad hoc analysis, scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis as required
    Stakeholder Engagement
    • Work closely with FP&A, Financial Control and the wider business to understand reporting needs and translate them into practical, scalable solutions
    • Act as a trusted point of contact for reporting queries, building confidence in the numbers across the organisation
    Governance & Compliance
    • Ensure data controls, reporting policies and change management processes are adhered to
    • Maintain clear documentation of data sources, definitions and report logic to support auditability and continuity
    Required attributes:
    • Demonstrable hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Factory pipelines, Warehouse or equivalent)
    • Strong Power BI and wider Power Platform skills, including advanced DAX, Power Query and dimensional data modelling
    • Practical experience working with Dynamics 365 finance data, including its structure and reporting implications
    • Experience gained working directly within a Finance function, or in close partnership with one, is strongly preferred
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
    • Strong Excel skills and a solid grounding in core financial concepts including P&L, balance sheet, budgeting and forecasting
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities
    Desirable attributes:
    • Experience in a PE-backed or fast-growth environment advantageous
    • Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or a finance or data related degree
    • Familiarity with SQL, Power Automate, Python or version control / deployment pipelines
Some of the benefits we include are:
    • Accidental, term life and medical insurance
    • Hybrid Work model
    • Employee’s Provident Fund Scheme

    • A fun, informal, collaborative and international work culture
