    • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and drive delivery outcomes across multiple initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities to improve remediation processes, efficiency and scalability.

    What You'll Need

    • Strong experience delivering remediation initiatives within Financial Services, ideally Superannuation.
    • Demonstrated business analysis experience across remediation, risk, compliance or regulatory programs.
    • Advanced Excel skills and experience analysing large datasets to identify trends, insights and root causes.
    • Strong documentation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • A curious, self-starting mindset with a willingness to challenge assumptions and drive evidence-based decisions.
    • Experience working within complex, highly regulated environments and managing competing priorities.

    Highly regarded:

    • Knowledge of RG277 or predecessor remediation guidance.
    • Understanding of the Royal Commission findings and their impacts on Financial Services.
