As a Senior Change and Capability Specialist, you will lead change, capability and operational readiness initiatives across complex frontline environments. Using quality, risk, complaint and operational insights, you will identify capability priorities and translate business and regulatory change into practical strategies, learning solutions and implementation plans. Working closely with operational leaders, service partners and key stakeholders, you will strengthen compliance, embed sustainable change and deliver measurable improvements in performance and member outcomes.
