    • Manage and regularly review the regional partner portfolio to maximise growth opportunities, service outcomes and team capacity.
    • Strengthen relationships with employers, unions, associations and other key stakeholders through proactive, value-added engagement.
    • Oversee renewal strategies and action plans for businesses with upcoming default arrangements.
    • Support business development activity and help optimise member joins when new businesses are onboarded.

    What you’ll need:

    • Deep knowledge of superannuation products, including corportate super arrangements, insurance, investment choice and pension-based products.
    • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, particularly when managing complex or at-risk partnerships.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience managing confidential or sensitive matters.
    • The ability to work effectively under pressure, balance competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
    • A sound understanding of compliance frameworks, governance requirements and risk management obligations.
    • RG146 compliance, with broader superannuation industry knowledge and experience highly regarded.
    • Understanding of the Australian industrial relations and digital service provider ecosystems is desirable.
