Team Lead Workshop / Car Workshop (f/m/x)

• Lead a workshop team of approximately 50 employees and ensure the department meets its targets
• Play an active role in recruiting new team members and continuously developing your team
• Provide technical guidance on repairs, servicing and maintenance, as well as damage diagnostics, and contribute to the introduction of new repair methods
• Use your professional experience to identify opportunities for improvement and take ownership of implementing them in workshop organisation and workplace design
• Carry out internal quality checks and help ensure health and safety in the workshop
• Plan and manage vehicles throughout the entire process

• Completed training as an mechatronics technician; followed by a successfully completed master qualification (KFZ Meister)
• Several years of management experience in a comparable role
• Excellent technical understanding and practical skills
• A responsible, well-organised approach to work, with a genuine enjoyment of guiding and motivating a team
• Very good German skills; English is an advantage, along with confidence using common software applications
