SAP is looking for a Product Expert to join the Enterprise Social Software team (SAP Jam) to help deliver high-value social enterprise business solutions. This position will be working within the Enterprise Social Software product management team to deliver product roadmaps, design specifications, workflows and use cases as a single, cohesive strategy.

Qualified candidates will be expected to work with marketing, sales, professional services, customer support, and conduct virtual and in-person interviews with customers to understand their needs and requirements in building the next-generation of enterprise social software.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on product strategy based on market requirements, market analysis, competitive research and customer feedback to define product roadmap and integration capabilities
- Develop and manage product roadmap(s) priorities and sequenced to optimize implementation and delivery based on market requirements and use cases
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, and work with developers and Engineering to implement these features.
- Work cross-functionally to design and deliver high-quality solutions through multiple releases
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of relevant working experience
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into actionable product roadmap.
- Proven track record of executing on cross-team projects.
- Deadline driven, with an ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
- Equivalent of 5-7 years of product management or similar experience in enterprise software
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
- Strong communication, organizational skills, analytic capabilities, and attention to detail
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Fluent in English and German Preferred skills
- Experience with Cloud and SaaS solutions
- Background with collaborative/socialweb technologies either in the consumer or enterprise space/industry
- Experience working with independent software vendors or partners to create end to end solutions
