EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Plan and coordinate the whole training production life-cycle Design and create training content Cooperate closely with other departments like product management and software development to help drive the creation of training content Initiate and conduct technical workshops with subject matter experts to extract the right information for trainers' material Work pro-actively with product teams to ensure the training exercises, slides and other training collateral are up-to-date Work pro-actively with the education and product teams to asses required training changes and ensure the good quality of the training content Keep up to date on current and upcoming hybris features, functionality, and terminology.

Support the education team in all aspects of content creation
WORK EXPERIENCE
Hands on experience with technical content creation is a plus Ideally previous programming or (technical) teaching experience
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
If you ever disassembled a device just to understand how it works then you are just the kind of person we are looking for! Ability to assemble once disassembled device is a plus Degree in Computer Science, Business or other related field but it doesn't matter that much as long as you are a technology enthusiast Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and planning skills Ability to articulate technical and abstract concepts in a simple manner Ability to work independently and effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team Ability to establish solid working relationships with colleagues from various departments Excellent English, written and spoken Ideally, awareness of Java, object-oriented programming, XML, SQL, ORM, Spring, Design PatternsCareer level T2
