There is a shuttle for SAP employees running from Berlin to Potsdam and back every day.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As part of the Strategy & Operations Team in the Innovation Center Network, you will be working in one or more of the following areas strongly fostering co-innovation and operational excellence:
- Support the management of internal projects and customer co-innovation projects
- Prepare the presence of the SAP Innovation Center Network at relevant internal/external events
- Prepare, accompany and lead customers through design thinking process towards a solution
- Support the alignment and collaboration within the unit and other development locations with respect to the unit's vision, mission and strategic goals
- Support the unit's management in pursuing strategic initiatives, reporting responsibilities, project controlling and project documentation
WORK EXPERIENCE
We are looking for professionals with 1+ years of working experience.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent education (e.g. in Business Administration)
- Fundamental skills and experience in project management and organization
- Sound knowledge of design thinking methodology
- Strong time management skills and flexibility
- Strong communication, presentation and networking skills
- Strong customer focus and business acumen, experience in customer projects beneficial
- Team-oriented working style, open-minded, intercultural sensitivity
- Fluent in English and German is a must
- SAP experience is a plus
