Following the paradigm of early and frequent shipments a close collaboration with our customers is given. You will work within development organization in a small team ("Customer office Team") focusing on go-to-market activities.

This includes enablement and support of our presales and sales organization, engagement in strategic implementation projects as well as roll in of feedback from our customer and prospects.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Expert for our Customer Office Team in Walldorf who will coordinate and support the go-to-market activities of hybris Marketing. This includes:
- Ensuring success and adoption of our product as well as successful ramp up of hybris Marketing implementation projects
- Willingness to collaborate with a broad mix of people and teams within and outside the Product Unit.

Active support of Solution Management, Product Teams and Scrum Teams.
- Enablement of Field organization (Presales, Consulting, Partner) e.g. via trainings and provision of collaterals.
- Alignment with Solution Management
- Drive POCs for strategic customers
- Hands on support for strategic customers
- Returning the feedback from stakeholder and customer back into the Development organization.

Building a bridge between product development and end user. Setting up adequate processes.
WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of professional experience as project manager, consultant or other role with focus on Go-to-market activities and/or customer implementation projects.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Strong understanding of the SAP Products portfolio
- Deep understanding of CRM and Marketing processes
- Very good in managing projects - internal as well as customer projects
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work conceptually
- Technical skills to support POC and yMKT Implementation projects, e.g.

Viewmodelling via HANA Studio or Data Load via SLT
- Strategic thinking and exposure to strategy projects is welcome
- High degree of self-motivation, ability to deal with many topics in parallel without losing focus on priorities. Out-of-the box thinking.
- Excellent team-player and proactive networking abilities on a global basis - strong network within SAP organization required
