SAP is looking for a senior level product manager to join the Enterprise Social Software team to help plan, create and deliver high-impacting sales/field/partner enablement at scale. This position will be working within the SAP Jam product management team with a focus on bringing our enablement to the next level and harnessing the multiplier effect.

Qualified candidates will be expected to work with marketing, sales, product management, professional services, customer support, and other enablement teams to orchestrate and drive regional specific requirements for enablement programs, content, and tools.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Create, optimize, and drive regional field enablement plans with a focus scale and maximizing sales/partner opportunities.
- Design & create enablement content and strategies based on regional requirements to engage field/partners, thereby driving bookings.
- Understand market needs and competitive landscape in order to best represent the business value, product and GTM strategy in all our plans and content.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define and agree to sales enablement goals and success criteria.
- Monitor use in order to optimize support and enablement, including but not limited to re-formatting, adaption of rollout plans, fine-tuning of target audiences, integration of new communication channels or routes, etc.
- Provide strategic deal support including customer meetings requiring product management expertise.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years of experience in a Marketing, Product Management, Product Marketing, Field Enablement, Sales Center of Excellence or similar roles
- Demonstrated success in managing large scale programs, projects and or organizational wide initiatives
- 10+ years working experience in the software industry, preferably in an Enterprise or SaaS software environment
- University degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business or equivalent
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required skills
- Strong background and experience creating field & customer facing materials and delivering hands-on or virtual training to sales/partner reps.
- Strong knowledge in experience with building product demos, storylines & scripts
- Experience in enterprise SaaS software
- Excellent communication & presentation creation/delivery skills to different groups and levels of audiences; particularly executives, customers and partners
- Ability to both strategize long-term as well as deal with operational details.
- Build relationships at various levels and influence decisions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive disparate, virtual teams towards common goals
- Multi-lingual
