The organization is accountable for adhering to our SLAs and for driving customer satisfaction. Additionally, the organization is responsible for the relationship with our service operations providers. The Solution Manager Center of Excellence team within the Systems and Application Operations group is setting up and operating tools with a focus on internal usage within Business Innovation & IT. These tools are based on SAP Solution Manager or custom developments building on top of the SAP Solution Manager infrastructure.

For our team we are looking for an IT Technology (Senior) Consultant. In general this role develops and provides systems, applications, products and services to optimize/automate business processes, improve work efficiency and provides expert support in operations. For the open position we are either looking for an experienced colleague with deep architecture and CRM or Sol Man knowledge or alternatively a young colleague with little experience but high motivation to learn on the job.

In both cases technical knowledge and interest is required.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- You will contribute to successful projects which leverage innovative technologies such as HCP, UI5 or HANA
- You will come up with ideas on how to enhance existing tools in order to make IT and SAP as a whole run better
- You will design and execute various aspects of the SAP Solution Manager setup
- You will ensure a stable and sustainable SAP Solution Manager system
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 3+ year track record in professional experiences
- Proven track record in CRM or SAP Solution Manager implementation and operation
- Proven track record in working with highly skilled professionals in a dynamic and multi-culture environment
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required

Skills:

- Strong background in software architecture and technology - development skills are highly appreciated
- Strong background in SAP Solution and SAP technology and products
- Very good technical knowledge/experience within the area of CRM or SAP Solution Manager (ideally both)
- University degree in Computer Science or a comparable area
- Very good English language skills are prerequisite

Preferred Skills:

- German language (not a must)
- Basic understanding of the IT internal system landscapes
- HANA knowledge
- Programming skillsother locations upon request
