- Monitor inventory levels based on incoming invoices to ensure data accuracy
- Verify and process invoices within the AWS system on a daily basis
- Identify discrepancies and prepare detailed reports by compiling missing or inconsistent inventory data using AWS and Google Docs
- Investigate and resolve inventory inconsistencies in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Germany, Ukraine, and Poland to ensure aligned processes and data integrity
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Initial professional experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with ERP and/or WMS systems as well as MS Office
- Strong analytical thinking skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and implement effective solutions
- Conscientious, reliable, and efficient working style
- Independent, well-organized, and transparent approach to tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team
- Fluent in Russian and intermediate level of English
