EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You will work in an innovative environment with highly motivated colleagues. Your responsibility will be covering all stages and tasks within the entire software development cycle:
- You work as a developer in an agile development team according to Scrum
- You contribute to architecture and concept definition depending on your experience
- You take over responsibility for design, testing, implementation and maintenance
- You cooperate closely with other development teams
- You become a functional domain expert
WORK EXPERIENCE
We are looking for candidates with exceptional promise who are either about to graduate or have already graduated, and who aspire a career in business software development.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
REQUIRED:
- University degree (Bachelor, Diploma, Master, PhD) degree in the following fields: information technology, computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering or related area.
- Strong English and German language skills - verbal and written
- Very good technical skills (knowledge of either JAVA or JAVAScript)
- Highly quality, service and customer oriented working attitude
- Strong social skills and team player - consensus building and openness to new ideas and intercultural co-operation PREFERRED:
- Experience of application development especially in the HCM area is an advantage
- Experience with local development environment (Eclipse, SVN, …) is an advantage Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
