We are hiring a (Senior) Technology Consultant, to join the Application Operations team, who will lead improvement of HANA and UI5 solutions.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As (Senior) Technology Consultant you are responsible to:
- Drive continuous improvement of IT solutions in terms of technical quality, operational efficiency, reducing TCO and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Lead architectural discussions in innovation projects at SAP, engaging all relevant stakeholders, with a focus on architecturally sound, high quality and operable solutions.
- Engage solution and service providers to improve application and overall platform quality.
- Ensure IT Product/Service is compliant with technical, quality and process standards.
- Develop skill and competency on latest solutions and technologies.
WORK EXPERIENCE
A successful candidate has 6+ years of professional experience with 3+ years leading innovation or adoption of SAP HANA and UI5 solutions.

Possibly location is Walldorf or Singapore.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required skills
- Solid understanding as well as experience in SAP HANA, ABAP OO, UI5 and integration technologies. Experience with HCP and Fiori is an advantage.
- Excellent performance optimization skills will be required.
- Solid understanding of SAP ERP or SAP CRM.
- Solid understanding as well as experience in software architecture methodology
- Solid understanding of agile, test driven development and continuous delivery
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Information Technology or Engineering
- Customer orientation with a strong focus on quality
- Strong analytical and logical skills
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Very good English language skills
- Ability to work in an international team Preferred skills
- Certification in process (e.g.

ITIL), architectural standards (e.g. TOGAF) as well as technical skills (SAP HANA and ABAP OO) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in German is an advantage.
