The Microsoft Active Directory Senior (Principal) Consultant - PKI Consultant will be responsible for 3rd level support on Active Directory / Public Key Infrastructure as well as working on internal service improvement projects.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The position requires strong analytical skills in combination with a genuine service oriented approach including the ability to anticipate changes and present recommendations to the management.

Main Responsibilities:

- Work together with a team of technical experts to ensure ongoing stability of SAP's Active Directory and Public Key infrastructure and related services
- Conduct backup / disaster recovery processes
- Deliver architecture recommendations based on industry best practices
- Contribute towards the implementation and optimization of authentication systems
- Develop relationships with other IT departments to stay aligned on new service / technology rollouts
- Ensure guidelines, policies, tools and processes are kept up-to-date
- Share your knowledge continuously to the team and promote participation in team meetings
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Strong background in AD, PKI, SSO, Office 365 and ADFS
- Knowledge or strong background in PowerShell, Authentication Protocols (Kerberos, SAML, Certificate based) and DNS
- Experience working on transnational projects or teams
- Managing support requests from 2nd level
- Maintaining a high level of service to customers
- Following service management processes
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
A formal education with a Bachelor's or Master's degree is a benefit.

Experience managing high-availability systems in a technically complex environment and the ability to perform under pressure are valued assets, in addition to:
