Our team will define and provide the Next Generation of selected reuse components, Customer Invoicing solution and Pricing functionality with modern world-class user experience aiming to run in the digital economy wherever you want.

You'll work on challenging development projects in an ambitious and highly efficient team. Several technologies and system environments are part of your work, and collaboration with other groups is beneficial. We apply agile methodologies in our product development. You'll be part of a cross-functional team in the role Developer and you'll be exposed not only to pure development tasks, but also to tasks related to specification, quality, testing and documentation.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The role of a (Senior) Developer requires:
- Designing, implementing, testing and maintaining solutions within our Customer Engagement & Commerce portfolio with an openness for new technologies in an innovative environment
- Solid software development skills with a passion to build quality applications
- Accountability, delivery of the assigned tasks on time, ensuring high quality and high performance
- Work in an agile development environment which requires the individual to be self-driven, take decisions independently and be flexible in order to cater to demand
- Active participation in daily meetings to share current status, offer support to othercolleagues and raise concerns if waste is identified
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years experience in software development
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required skills
- Bachelor or master degree in computer science, natural science, business administration or a related discipline
- Constructive and open style of communication as a team player
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to new tasks/challenges
- Very good powers of comprehension and self-motivated quality commitment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work conceptually
- Strong customer orientation with active direct customer contact and with special focus on end Users
- Fluent in German AND English Preferred skills
- Experience in Business Suite applications like SAP CRM, SAP ERP or SAP SRM is beneficial Experience in the following development environments is beneficial but not a must:
- Good knowledge of and experience with ABAP, especially in the context of object-oriented programming
- Development experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML5, SAPUI5 or SAP FIORI
- Development experience with in-memory technology in general or SAP HANA in particular
