Being part of LoB Finance the Financial Operations unit contributes to this story by developing the next generation of applications for accounts receivables/payables and collections, dispute & credit management. These applications offer a state-of-the-art user experience based on modern web user interface standards (like HTML5, UI5) and at the same time leverage the potential of the SAP HANA platform. LoB Finance is set up globally with teams in Shanghai, Walldorf, Potsdam and Palo Alto.

Within our team, we practice a trust-based working model. If you need to work flexibly from another location or at another time you can do so given your manager's agreement.

WORK EXPERIENCE
We are looking for candidates with at least two years' experience in professional software development.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required

skills:

- Bachelor or master degree in (business) informatics, natural sciences, or economics - or in a comparable field
- Excellent software development/ programming skills in ABAP, SQL and/or Java
- High commitment to quality, reliability and a self-motivating style of working
- Very good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent team player with a strong ability to network and with drive for tangible results
- Fluent in German and in English

Preferred skills:

- Experience in developing Hana Cloud Platform applications is a plus
- Functional and business process knowledge in Financials or in the area of Financial Operations is a plus (however not required)
