We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our team and help drive thoughtful planning, forecasting, and financial decision-making across the business. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leaders across departments to build clarity around performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic growth.
Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly budget reviews
Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting packages
Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, headcount, and operational performance
Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations for leadership
Help improve financial processes, tools, and reporting efficiency
Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed
5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Ability to communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Advanced Excel and spreadsheet modeling skills
Experience with ERP, BI, or financial planning tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
