Grill Cook, (Saint Anselm College)

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Grill Cook at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food for service
• Maintain proper grill cooking temperatures
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and professional in appearance at all times
• Manage food inventory
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Encourage good customer relations through product promotion

Requirements:

• Part-time seasonal commitment and weekend availability
• Culinary experience a plus
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain positive attitude
• Must be customer-oriented, organized, and detail oriented
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and decision making ability
