Prep Cook, Part-time (St. Edward High School)

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to immediately hire to fill the role of a Part-time Prep Cook at St. Edward High School. This position will work day shift Monday - Friday, no weekends, no holidays and will follow the school schedule.

This position pays $15.00/hr

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare specific amount of food product according to the daily prep sheets
• Gather all necessary salad/sandwich ingredients and prepare them by washing, chopping, slicing, dicing and assembling them for customer purchase
• Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and recipes
• Manage food inventory when necessary
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Encourage good customer relations through product promotion

Requirements:

• Culinary experience or education preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and food presentations skills
• Customer service focused nature
