Your first mission:
- Join our Medical Service Director to deep dive into how we manage staffing today
- Help to review our current support workflows, tools, SLAs, and communication flows
- Help to develop and implement improvements to efficiency, reporting, and automation, making use of AI where applicable
- Align with relevant teams to ensure changes are sustainable and scalable
After that:
- You’ll rotate through key operational focus areas across the company — supporting growth, launching new services, solving bottlenecks
- Get insides in cross-functional projects with product, medical care, tech, and marketing teams
- Build dashboards, automate processes, and recommend better tools or systems
- Help us scale with excellence, not chaos
Who You Are:
- Bachelor Degree in business administration, economics, information science, Health Administration, or STEM or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and independent working style
- First work experience in a startup, consulting, investment banking, comparable fast-paced working environments or in the healthcare industry
- Credible appearance and convincing personality towards all kinds of internal and external stakeholders
- Tactful, mature communication, strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Full working proficiency in German and English
