Job Title: Remote Cardiac Rehabilitation Nutrition Group Educator

Hours/Schedule: Mon-Fri - 2pm-8pm ET *(also open to candidates who are available on the weekends or only 3 days during the week).

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Cardiac Rehabilitation Nutrition Group Educator to lead engaging virtual education sessions for patients participating in our cardiac rehabilitation program. This role is responsible for delivering structured educational classes focused on heart health, lifestyle changes, and recovery after cardiac events.
The ideal candidate has a health education/nutrition background, experience teaching or presenting to groups, and the ability to create an interactive, supportive learning environment for patients with varying learning styles.
