Job Summary
The Banquet House Attendant is responsible for set-up, tear-down and clean-up of banquet and event spaces. Job Responsibilities
- Provides guests with quality service interactions to enhance their stay.
- Sets-up banquet/event space according to the BEO for each function, and tears down the space at the end of the events.
- Vacuums, sweeps, mops, polishes, wipes areas clean before, during and after events.
- Ensures that the banquet area is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Ensures that all banquet rooms are securely locked when not in use.
- Ensures all equipment is stored in the designated areas.
- Maintains Marriott and Avion standards of food, beverage, and quality guest service.
- Assists in maintaining banquet and kitchen areas by keeping areas tidy and clean, and stocks assigned areas at the end of each shift, as needed.
- Other projects and duties as assigned by leadership.
